ABOUT US

MK is a leading multinational corporation headquartered in Taiwan. We have production bases in China and Vietnam, with more than 2,500 employees.

We focus on producing high-quality bicycle frames and provide frame OEM services for many iconic premium bicycle brands around the world, from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain to Italy, from the United States to Canada and the United Kingdom. Our products cover all types of bicycles, from competition to leisure, from urban to trails, we “born” them according to customer needs.

MK BICYCLES

We not only provide OEM services, we love design as well! We build new frames for Taipei Cycle Show annually, we design bicycle frames that are closer to consumer needs, they have the latest component interfaces and also show our expertise in manufacturing technology, and even show our new concept for mobile vehicles !

Production automation is the core goal of our development. Laser cutting, robotic welding and robotic grinding are used in the production line to further simplify the process and improve production stability and efficiency.

OUR HISTORY

START

In 1989

MKT factory was founded in Tainan City, Taiwan, specializing in the production of high-end aluminum and scandium alloy frames.

In 1995

MKC factory was added in Shunde, China, to expand the production capacity of high-end aluminum alloy frames.

In 2006

MKCC factory was established in Shunde, China, and fully invested in the R&D and manufacturing of carbon-fiber frames.

In 2015

the first applied of gravity die-casting technology in E-BIKE frames.

In 2020

introduce automated robotic-arm welding equipment and technology.

In 2021

Laser cutting equipment and technology are fully adapt to accelerate the manufacture of bicycle frames.

In 2023 JULY

Automatic grinding equipment and technology are using in the E-BIKE frame manufacture.

In 2023 DEC

MKCV factory added in Vung Tau, Vietnam to expand the production capacity of carbon-fiber frames and create a flexible/collaborative manufacturing production chain.

In 2025

MKPV an aluminum-alloy factory added in Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam, forming a complete and highly flexible/collaborative production chain for aluminum-alloy and carbon-fiber in three places around the world.

OEM SERVICE

If 2D and 3D completed design files are ready, we’ll take production evaluation. After checking, we will make quotations for you and start to build sample frames for the tests, and if the sample pass all the tests, then mass production will be good to go.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

If you only have a relatively abstract concept, or some similar product photos, or hand-drawn drafts, we can provide design and development services to realize your concept. After drawings confirmed, then we’ll go to the quotation stage, and make prototype for tests. After tests passed, then you have a green light to go through mass production. Of course, this generally takes longer to develop.

OPEN-MODEL

If you are interested in our OPEN-MODEL and have some modification requirements, of course and absolutely yes we can make adjustments for you and you will get a quote, and then prototyping… tests… and then just press the start button to launch the mass production process.
