MK is a leading multinational bicycle frame manufacturer headquartered in Taiwan, with major production bases in China and Vietnam and a global workforce of more than 2,500 employees.

We specialize in producing high-quality bicycle frames and providing bicycle OEM manufacturing services for premium bicycle brands worldwide. As an experienced OEM frame manufacturer, we support global partners across diverse product segments and development requirements. Our partners span Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Italy, as well as North America and the United Kingdom.

Our frame platforms cover the full spectrum of bicycle categories, from competition performance bikes to leisure mobility, and from urban commuting to off-road trail riding. Development OEM bike frame programs include alu bike frame platforms alongside advanced carbon fiber frame manufacturers collaborations, all built according to customer brand and product requirements.

Each year, we present newly engineered frame platforms at Taipei Cycle Show, showcasing designs that respond to evolving rider needs and industry trends. These concept frames feature the latest component interface standards, advanced structural solutions, and forward-looking mobility applications.

Advanced manufacturing technologies, including laser cutting, robotic welding, and robotic grinding, are integrated across our facilities to enhance structural precision, process stability, and large-scale production efficiency.

As bicycle applications continue to evolve, particularly with the growth of e-mobility, MK develops frame platforms designed to accommodate integrated electrical systems and emerging mobility technologies.

Corporate Milestones

START

1989

MKT factory founded in Tainan City, Taiwan, specializing in high-end aluminum and scandium alloy bicycle frames.

1995

MKC factory established in Shunde, China, expanding production capacity for high-end aluminum alloy frames.

2006

MKCC factory established in Shunde, China, dedicated to carbon fiber frame research, development, and manufacturing.

2015

First application of gravity die-casting technology in e-bike frame production.

2020

Introduction of automated robotic-arm welding equipment and manufacturing technology.

2021

Full integration of laser cutting equipment to accelerate bicycle frame production processes.

July 2023

Automated grinding equipment implemented in e-bike frame manufacturing.

December 2023

MKCV factory established in Vung Tau, Vietnam, expanding carbon fiber frame capacity and forming a collaborative multi-site production network.

2025

MKPV aluminum alloy factory established in Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam, completing a flexible global production chain for both aluminum and carbon fiber bicycle frames.

OEM SERVICE

If 2D and 3D completed design files are ready, we’ll take production evaluation. After checking, we will make quotations for you and start to build sample frames for the tests, and if the sample pass all the tests, then mass production will be good to go.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

If you only have a relatively abstract concept, or some similar product photos, or hand-drawn drafts, we can provide design and development services to realize your concept. After drawings confirmed, then we’ll go to the quotation stage, and make prototype for tests. After tests passed, then you have a green light to go through mass production. Of course, this generally takes longer to develop.

OPEN-MODEL

If you are interested in our OPEN-MODEL and have some modification requirements, of course and absolutely yes we can make adjustments for you and you will get a quote, and then prototyping… tests… and then just press the start button to launch the mass production process.
