E-Bike Frame OEM Manufacturer
M and K Bicycles is an e-bike frame OEM manufacturer headquartered in Tainan, Taiwan, with production bases in China and Vietnam and a global team of more than 2,500 employees. We develop and produce alloy e-bike frames for bicycle brands across Europe, North America and the United Kingdom, supporting projects from concept engineering to large-scale production.
Because a motor and battery add weight, torque and new mounting requirements, an e-bike frame cannot simply be a conventional frame with extra brackets. Our engineering team designs each e-bike platform around system integration, structural strength and riding stability from the start.
One Partner for Your Complete E-Bike Line
Our e-bike frame platforms cover road, off-road, urban and cargo applications, so brands can build a full electric range with one manufacturing partner.

Integrated Battery Design
Battery placement affects weight distribution, handling and the look of the finished bike. We work with you and your battery supplier to define the battery layout, mounting structure and access method that best fit your model and target market.
Built with Advanced Frame Manufacturing
E-bike frames require precise, repeatable production. Since 2015 we have applied gravity die-casting technology to e-bike frame production. Our facilities also use laser cutting, robotic welding and automated grinding to improve structural precision and production stability. Learn more about our manufacturing technology.
Three Ways to Work with Us
